Products and orders
Product photos और descriptions पहचान एवं जानकारी के लिए हैं; प्राकृतिक उत्पादों के रंग, texture और crystallisation में सामान्य variation हो सकता है। Order stock availability, final confirmation और सफल payment/COD acceptance के अधीन है।
Prices and payment
Final price, taxes और लागू delivery charge order confirmation में बताए जाएंगे। स्पष्ट typographical या technical pricing error होने पर dispatch से पहले ग्राहक को सूचित करके correction या cancellation का विकल्प दिया जाएगा।
Food information
Honey प्राकृतिक रूप से crystallise हो सकता है; इसे खराब होना नहीं माना जाएगा। Product label पर दिए ingredients, allergen, storage, net quantity, batch, packed-on और best-before instructions को पढ़ना और पालन करना ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारी है।
